
CC-M20HQ Digital High-Precision Weighing Rain and Snow Measurement Sensor
I. Product Overview
The CC-M20HQ type weighing rain and snow volume sensor is suitable for meteorological stations, hydrological stations, agriculture, forestry, national defense and other relevant departments to remotely measure liquid precipitation, precipitation intensity, and precipitation start and end time. It is used in automatic hydrological monitoring systems and automatic field monitoring stations for flood control, water supply scheduling, power station reservoir water level management, and other purposes, serving as a precipitation measurement sensor.
This sensor is manufactured, assembled, and calibrated in strict accordance with the national standards SL61-94 Hydrological Automatic Monitoring and Reporting System Specification, GB11831-89 Hydrological Monitoring and Reporting Device Remote Measurement Rain Gauge, and GB11832-89 Tipping Bucket Rain Gauge.
The CC-M20HQ weighing rain and snow gauge employs a high-precision pressure sensing element, enabling long-term, stable, and highly accurate automated measurement and storage of solid, liquid, and solid-liquid mixed precipitation and snowfall. Its standardized design, modular components, and castings ensure high reliability and low maintenance, making it suitable for all-weather rainfall and snowfall observation in harsh environments. Utilizing a weighing principle and an open sampling bucket design, it can accurately measure both low and high rainfall intensities, covering a range of 0–1800 mm /h , overcoming the narrow measurement range limitations of traditional tipping bucket or digital rain gauges.
