Product Introduction:

The CC-WMS Photovoltaic Environment Monitoring Instrument is a highly integrated professional meteorological monitoring device designed specifically for photovoltaic power plants, capable of real-time and accurate monitoring of key environmental parameters that affect power generation efficiency. It integrates multiple sensors and data acquisition units, simplifies installation and maintenance processes, and is widely used in various photovoltaic power generation projects.

 

 

Design standards:

The CC-WMS photovoltaic environmental monitoring device is a new type of photovoltaic power station environmental monitoring equipment designed and developed by our company in accordance with the meteorological observation standards of WMO organization, IEC, State Grid Corporation of China enterprise standard Q/GDW617-2011 "Technical Regulations for Photovoltaic Power Station Connection to the Grid", State Grid Corporation of China enterprise standard Q/GDW618-2011 "Testing Regulations for Photovoltaic Power Station Connection to the Grid" and other relevant technical requirements.

 

 

Product Features:

1. Integrated, without mechanical connectors or wiring, beautiful, compact and easy to install and carry.

2. The installation angle of the radiation sensor can be adjusted to meet the observation requirements for multi angle solar radiation.

3. Real-time data monitoring with flexible monitoring parameters that can be adjusted according to user needs.

4. Adopting thermoelectric principle solar radiation meter, precise semiconductor technology, high-precision optical cold processing transparent glass cover, high measurement accuracy and stable performance.

5. Multiple communication modes: Supports 485, 232 USB、 Multiple communication methods such as fiber optic, Ethernet, 4G, Beidou, etc. are available, and multiple protocol types such as Modbus, MQTT, etc. can be provided. It can also achieve remote data acquisition and resume data transmission, meeting the data access needs of various customers.

6. Bluetooth Smart Operation and Maintenance System: The data collector of the photovoltaic environment monitoring instrument integrates Bluetooth function, which eliminates the need to view data in front of the device. 注:光伏主机最多15个采样通道数据(30个字节)+ 3个寄存器(6字节)时间信息 + 1个寄存器(2个字节)主板温度信息。例如:光伏主机配置了15个采样通道,那么正常读取数据的报文是01 03 00 00 00 0F 05 CE,光伏主机会将15个通道的数据全部上报,但若多读取5个通道,即01 03 00 00 00 15 84 05,则光伏主机会将时间信息和经纬度上报。报文例子如下:

Note: The photovoltaic host can handle up to 15 sampling channel data (30 bytes) + 3 registers (6 bytes) for time information + 1 register (2 bytes) for mainboard temperature information. For example, if the photovoltaic host is configured with 15 sampling channels, the normal data reading message is 01 03 00 00 00 0F 05 CE. The photovoltaic host will report all the data from the 15 channels. Analysis and Solutions to Common Problems

 

1. Communication issues

Wired communication is abnormal

1) Check if the communication cable is disconnected and if the communication terminal block is loose.  

2) Check whether the hardware address is the same as the serial port communication address of the monitor.  

3) Check whether the computer's serial port is damaged and whether the computer system is infected with viruses.  

4) Check whether the system power supply is normal.

2. Precautions and maintenance

1. Sensor

Temperature and humidity sensor:

1) After installation, regularly check whether the louver box is blocked by ice, snow, or debris, and clean it in a timely manner if it is blocked.

2) Check whether the louver box is vertical to the ground, and adjust it in time if it is not.

Wind speed and direction sensor:

1) The wind shaft is not rotating smoothly and exhibits significant hysteresis. This may be due to the presence of foreign objects in the bearing or the depletion of lubricating oil due to long-term use. Please inject instrument oil into the upper bearing of the sensor.

Radiation sensor:

1) Daily, it is necessary to promptly check whether the quartz glass window is clean. If there is dust or condensation of water vapor, it should be promptly blown off with a suction bulb or wiped clean with a soft cloth or optical lens paper.

2) Wipe away water droplets after rain, and defrost more frequently in winter to avoid numerical errors caused by the refraction of water droplets.

3) Water vapor and moisture enter the meter, and fine water mist is found inside or the desiccant turns white (the desiccant itself is blue)

It should be dried as soon as possible (at 50-55 degrees), or the desiccant should be replaced, otherwise it will result in reduced data accuracy.

4) The total radiation meter should be used correctly and maintained regularly. It is recommended to return it to the factory for calibration of measurement accuracy after more than two years of use, to avoid

To avoid affecting the accuracy of the data.

2. Collector

1) Do not connect wires while they are live. Only after the wiring is completed and checked to be correct can it be powered on.

2) Do not arbitrarily alter the components or wires that have been soldered in place when the product leaves the factory.

3) Regularly clean the monitoring instrument. During cleaning, power off the instrument and focus on removing dust from the panel and dirt from the aviation socket.

3. Routine maintenance

1) Please check whether the packaging is intact and verify whether the product model is consistent with the selected model.  

2) In some coastal areas, windproof ropes need to be attached to the tripod to ensure its wind resistance. Especially for meteorological stations installed on the roof, lightning protection measures such as installing lightning rods should be taken.

3) Due to the corrosive effect of sea salt moisture on equipment in coastal areas, it is recommended that installation personnel, after the entire set of equipment has been installed,

Apply lubricating grease evenly to the surface of the equipment, which serves to fill gaps and prevent rust, thereby extending the equipment's service life.

4) For the wiring of 220V mains electricity, both electrical safety and the appearance of the building where it is installed should be taken into consideration.

5) Users are advised not to disassemble the sensor themselves during use, nor to contact the sensor surface with sharp objects or corrosive liquids, in order to avoid damaging the product.
